My name is Trevor and I was Head of Geography at Llandudno's secondary school for 27 years, so I know a fair bit about our area! I would be delighted if you would join me for a tour to see the stunning scenery and fascinating history of North Wales. With a maximum of 8 passengers, we offer the personal touch.
Every Monday all year round
See the natural splendour of Snowdonia and learn about the legends, culture and history of the old Kingdom of Gwynedd. To book this trip either contact us directly or go to my Tripadvisor page https://www.tripadvisor.co.uk/AttractionProductHighlight-g190724-d26186611-Full_day_Best_of_Snowdonia_Day_Tour-Llandudno_Conwy_County_North_Wales_Wales.html
Every Wednesday afternoon from April to September
Spend the afternoon at the jewel in Snowdonia’s crown; Llanberis. This lakeside village sat at the foot of Snowdon offers natural splendour and bags of history. We then drive you through stunning scenery to the pretty village of Betws Y Coed. Stroll along the river or visit the many outdoor wear or gift shops that line the main street.
Every Thursday until the end of October
We visit the best places across the island from the cliffs at South Stack to Beaumaris; one of the most beautiful towns in Wales with a castle and views across the waters to Snowdonia. We take you to the 198 year old Menai Suspension Bridge, a 5500 year old burial chamber and a place with a long name Llanfairpwllgwyngillgogerechwyrndrobwillllantisiliogogogoch!
Morning tour - 9.00 -12.30
Caernarfon castle is an impressive World heritage that has played an important role in Welsh history. Tours will usually take you there for a photo stop, bu we take you inside the castle to explain the design and history. The tour price includes entry to the castle. You also get some time in Caernarfon town and a quick visit to the Roman fort on the edge of town
Afternoon tour 12.45 - 4.15*
(We get you back at least 30 minutes before the last shuttle, so timing depends on when your ship leaves)
Spend the afternoon visiting the stunning and historic sights of Anglesey. Learn about welsh language and culture as we head to Llanfairpwllgwyngillgogerechwyrndrobwillllantisiliogogogoch!
Spend 45 minutes in Beaumaris; enough time to tour the 13th Century moated castle or indulge in some retail therapy.
We then visit a 5000 year old burial chamber and if time allows you get to see the stunning cliffs and lighthouse at South Stack.
Had a great day this week, doing a Holyhead cruise excursion to Caernarfon castle. Check out the photos on my facebook page https://www.facebook.com/profile.php?id=100088713773627
